Hans sings “As the Deer”
Hans Hamm:
As some of you know, I used to have homosexual feelings.
I accepted it, as a thorn in my flesh.
I guess that’s just the way I am.
People of God.
There’s something that bothers me.
Can I unburden on you.
We are too quick to call any sin a thorn in the flesh.
If we call everything a thorn in the flesh, where does it stop???
Let the Jews reject their Messiah. That’s just the thorn in their flesh.
And those drunkards in front of the hotel. Thorn in the flesh.
The city is filled with thorns of the flesh.
And are we going to let unbelievers be dragged to hell because we continually compromise???
It says in 1 Corinthians:
“No temptation has overtaken you except that which is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.”
God pulled the thorn from my flesh!
I have not had a homosexual feeling since my college days.
And our awesome God means to pull out all those thorns, all your thorns, one after the other.

Hans sings “Breathe”
Hans Hamm:
God gave me a burden for this city.
That is why for this conference I chose Hotel Thyatira, in one of the worst corners of downtown.
Winnipeg is a city like any other, filled with sin and all manner of evil.
Before 9/11 I travelled to New York city to hand out Bibles with a good friend in the Lord.
I had a vision of the twin towers, turned to crystal, the splendor of New Jerusalem, Ezekiel’s Heavenly Jerusalem. I saw the streets of gold.
But when the vision passed, and my eyes readjusted, I saw the filth and moral rot.
Women burning in lust for one another and men with turbans on their heads and Allah on their lips.
I knew judgment was coming.
Just as God sent a plague to punish the homosexuals, so would he punish the unbelieving masses!
The morning I returned home form my trip, the planes hit.
And I know Winnipeg is no less a Sodom, no less a Gomorrah.
With every living breath I call out to the perishing.
I claim this city for Christ!
And the Spirit is moving!
I have news.
Paperwork was just finalized.
Megiddo Ministires has purchased Thunderbird House—previously a centre for aboriginal spirituality.
We are taking back this city.
We’ve evicted Satan from his apartment, with his sweat lodge and smudging ceremonies!
Those animals had already torn it apart anyways, like demons of want and need.
We will rebuild it, the cornerstone of a spiritual temple in Winnipeg!
Praise God!

about
Downtown Winnipeg has seen better days. Every election cycle brings a new round of half-baked, half-assed visions to move things in the right direction. Hans Hamm believes we can bring lasting, eternal change, from the inside out—and for those who’ve hardened their hearts: hellfire!

SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE
Hans sings “Jesus is the Answer” and “It won’t be Long”
Hans Hamm:
Yes, that’s right. It won’t be long.
The time is at hand!
Any day.
But until then—we stand strong, putting on the full armor of God!
The breastplate of righteousness, the helmet of salvation, the sword of the spirit.
I awoke last night to a vision.
The gloried Christ stood before me. His eyes were ablaze.
His hair was like wool and his feet like brass.
His voice was like many waters:
“Hans, my child, Undo the 5th Seal. Who shall find justice for the Martyrs? The dead cannot bear arms or go to battle. Go, and slay the guilty.”
Then he was gone. And I was alone in my room.
Something was brought to my mind!
The Church of Scientology just around the corner.
They’ve wandered the Skywalk for years,
Seeking who they might deceive,
And choke out the seeds of salvation.
I have in my hand a fillet knife.
There is one under each of your seats.
We are called to a difficult task.
Let us not shy away.
Let us not tolerate that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophet.
A great storm is coming, but God will find for us a hiding place.
